There has been an evolution in terms of rules and competition management up to the present, briefly summarized as follows.
1934 The Ministry of Interior drafted rules to protect Thai boxing and international boxing. to be a temporary competition
1936 The Department of Physical Education was responsible for directly organizing boxing competitions. A committee was established to revise the rules of Thai boxing and international boxing. and promulgated on April 1, 1937 onwards and was published for the first time in 1939
The competition with evidence began in earnest in the reign of King Rama VI (before this there is no definitive evidence), which can be divided into 5 different eras as follows.

Famous judges include Luang Phiphat Phonkai, Mr. Sunthorn Thaweesit (Teacher Kimseng), and Mr. Niyom Thongchit.

5. In the present era, competitions are regularly held at Ratchadamnoen Stage and Lumpini Stage. And there are also boxing rings that open for permanent and temporary competitions both in Bangkok and many other provinces.
Currently, there is the Boxing Sports Act of 1999 and there is the Office of the Boxing Sports Commission. professional sports office of the Sports Authority of Thailand which was established under this Act to have the duty to promote, protect, support and control boxing activities in Thailand in accordance with the provisions of the law. This is considered to be the first law of the Thai boxing industry.
