Beginner level Even if you don't have the basics, you can study. Because you will practice basic adjustments, boxing moves, punches, kicks, and many more in order before starting the actual class. To prevent injury and lay the foundation to build on in the next steps.
- 60 minutes / 1 time
- Warm up to prepare the body for 5-10 minutes.
- Muay Thai 4 rounds (4 minutes each round)
- Weight training 3 rounds (3 sets per round)
- Cool down/ Stretching: Stretch your body muscles for 5-10 minutes.
